This walk is led by experienced mindfulness practitioner Imelda McQuiad as part of our Walking Festival. Join Imelda on this meditative walk to observe more in the world around us, and find techniques to help regulate your thinking and emotions. This walk is suitable for beginners and will include slight incline and woodland walking away from the main paths. This walk is not suitable for wheelchairs, prams or dogs. Aimed at adults. Suitable for age 12+.
