FESTIVE FAMILY DAY

Welcome to the FESTIVE FAMILY DAY at the Archives: Wigan & Leigh and The Turnpike Gallery. Join us on Saturday 7th December 2024 between 10AM and 2PM for a FREE day filled with fun activities for the whole family. Enjoy a performance by the Wigan Rock Choir, games, crafts and more! Spend quality time with your loved ones in a festive atmosphere. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to create lasting memories together. See you there!

Please book in advance via Eventbrite. We will allow walk-in visitors on the day depending on event capacity.

Activities will take place at the Leigh Town Hall and the Turnpike Gallery.

The event will include:

Pottery Painting

Victorian handwriting

Christmas themed crafts

Games

And a lot of FUN!

PLEASE NOTE: Entry to the event is free, but there will be a small fee of £1 per person for pottery painting.

· Bengal Street car park is located to adjacent to Leigh Town Hall. Parking is free on this car park at weekends.

· Doctor’s Nook car park is located across the road from Leigh Town Hall. Parking is free on this car park at weekends.

· Leigh Bus Station is a short five-minute walk from the Town Hall along Market Street.
